I am sure like most people you have always just felt like your insurance provider was just another “needed” service, one you pay and could care less who or what facilitated it. This is not the case with Dowd Insurance. With this agency you don’t feel like a number on a spreadsheet, you feel more so apart of a family. I have never been treated so well and had such on demand and personal customer service in my life. They are my one stop shop from home, personal auto, to commercial and general liability for my construction business. Never again will I go back to any place other than here for any of my insurance needs. If you aren’t a customer yet, you should be!

Needed to get a policy in rather short time. Filled out information on website and Sam responded quickly to my inquiry. He was able to help fill the need and meet the deadline. We were able to conduct the entire transaction over the web and through email. Very satisfied with the service I have received.

These guys have insurance down pat!! They have been able to help my business with all it's business insurance needs and did fast and efficient. When I had questions they answered them accurately and quickly. When I need a certificate of insurance for a worksite, they respond immediately and I have never had to wait on them to start working! They are the best. I highly recommend them for ALL your insurance needs
