Shannon joined the Dowd Insurance team in 2015 and has been an invaluable part of our agency ever since. She lives in Liberty Hill with her husband of 29 years, and together they’ve raised two wonderful children. Her daughter graduated from NYU in 2021, married in 2023, welcomed Shannon’s first grandchild in 2024, and now resides in Utah. Her son completed his MBA at Concordia, married, and moved to Nebraska in 2025. When she’s not spending time with her growing family—including her three beloved goldendoodles—Shannon stays active in her church and community. She loves baking, taking on home improvement projects, and nurturing her garden. Her family also shares a passion for travel and all things Disney.
